1. Agreement to Terms
These terms describe the local presentation of the TTMT service. By using the product UI, you acknowledge that automated trading carries risk and requires your active oversight.
2. Description of Service
TTMT is presented as cloud software for routing eligible Telegram alerts to a connected MetaTrade workflow. It does not provide trading signals, investment advice, or recommendations.
3. Eligibility
You are responsible for confirming that access to automated trading tools is lawful where you live and that you meet the relevant age and account requirements.
4. Account Registration
The local demo contains no account registration, credentials, OAuth, session, or user-data handling. Any production account terms would apply only in the official product.
5. Subscription and Payment
Pricing, billing, lifetime deals, and free trials are shown as product information only in this local reconstruction. No payment is collected here.
5.1 Pricing
Published plan prices are displayed for UI parity only. This local reconstruction has no checkout, invoice, or payment processing.
5.2 Billing
No billing profile, renewal, or charge is created by this local interface.
5.3 Lifetime Deal
Any lifetime-deal presentation is informational only and does not create an entitlement in this local UI.
5.4 Free Trial
A free-trial call to action is rendered locally without starting a trial, collecting payment details, or creating an account.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, interfere with operations, or attempt to reverse-engineer protected product systems.
7. Third-Party Services
A production workflow may interoperate with platforms such as MetaTrade and Telegram. You are responsible for complying with the applicable third-party terms.
8. Risk Disclaimer

8.1 Cloud-Based Software Disclaimer
Remote software, networks, APIs, markets, and brokers can be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. Parsing, order placement, stops, targets, and position changes can fail or differ from expectations.
8.2 User Responsibility
You remain responsible for monitoring trading accounts and positions, maintaining sufficient margin, and having a contingency plan when automated tooling is unavailable.
9. Limitation of Liability
This local interface makes no warranty and cannot accept responsibility for trading losses, missed trades, delays, or third-party service failures.
10. Service Availability
Availability cannot be guaranteed. Features and maintenance may change over time.
11. Intellectual Property
Product content, software, and trademarks remain subject to their respective ownership and applicable law.
12. Termination
Access may be suspended for breach, fraudulent activity, or unpaid obligations in an official subscription environment.
13. Governing Law
The captured terms refer to the laws and courts of Estonia.
14. Changes to Terms
Terms may change with reasonable notice; continued use may constitute acceptance where legally valid.
